INTRODUCING

Guided sauna's and wellness rituals in Kina, Tasman.

Beyond the gates is a place of wellbeing. A place to gather by hot stones and sit in the warmth of cedar. Here we raise vibrations, forge connections, and bring ourselves—home.

SAUNA TOGETHER

Wellness Forge is a place to step away from pressure and reconnect through heat, cold and controlled breath.

Our guided sauna and cold-plunge rituals help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, support recovery and build resilience. The experience is simple, grounded and community-centred: meet discomfort with awareness, breathe through it and return to calm with greater control.

Wellness Forge Pillars

The Wellness Forge pillars are the foundations of the ritual. Each one reflects a part of the experience - heat, cold, breath, grounding, community and structure - and how these elements work together to support recovery, resilience and a calmer nervous system.

Fire - Heat, endurance and stillness under pressure through the log burner and sauna.

Water - Cold immersion for resilience, recovery, composure and mental discipline.

Air - Breath control, awareness and nervous-system regulation.

Earth - Grounding, presence, simplicity and connection to place.

Community - Men building resilience, and likeminded people coming together through shared challenge.

Ritual - A structured decompression practice for pressure, presence and recovery.

  • What to Expect:

Three guided rounds of heat and cold, supported by breath, stillness and recovery. You can move at your own level throughout, with space to pause, reset or step out when needed.

  • What to bring:

Bring one or two towels, swimwear or comfortable natural-fibre clothing, and a drink bottle with water or electrolytes. A warm layer is useful afterwards, especially if you choose to finish cold.

  • What to know:

Arrive hydrated and avoid a large meal beforehand where possible. Listen to your body during the session; this is not about pushing or proving. Seek medical advice first if you are unsure.

Meet your guide

Kyle leads each Wellness Forge session with calm, grounded guidance and a clear respect for the process. His approach is simple: create a space where people can slow down, breathe properly, listen to their body and meet heat and cold with awareness, control and respect for their own limits.

Through sauna, cold plunge and controlled breath, Kyle guides each session through a steady rhythm of heat, recovery and nervous-system regulation. His sessions are shaped with care, whether the intention is recovery, grounding, stillness, learning or a gentle introduction to contrast therapy.

Currently training through Apnea Survival as a Certified Cold Immersion Instructor, Kyle brings together Nordic-inspired heat cycles and safe, structured cold-plunge practices to support physical recovery, mental resilience and emotional regulation.

Whether you are new to contrast therapy or returning to the ritual, Kyle creates a space where you can breathe through pressure, build capacity and leave feeling clearer, calmer and more grounded.
